Just as each client is unique, each scanning project is also unique. We will need to speak with you prior to emailing you a quote. This will not be a long process, however. We guarantee a written estimate or quote within 48 hours of speaking with us. Most quotes can be handled after a telephone conversation, but some require an onsite review and sample scanning.

Your estimate will include a price per image, an hourly preparation price (if needed), a per-document indexing or naming price (if needed), and costs for shredding, storage, media, pickup, delivery, onsite work, and project setup (if needed).

Wide format scanning can be priced by the map or by square inch. Microfilm and fiche are priced per image.

As far as quantity, please use the following rough estimates to help you calculate the total volume of scanning to be done:

1 box (14" X 12") holds approximately 2,800 images

1 vertical file cabinet (4 drawers) holds approximately 14,000 images

1 lateral file cabinet (4 drawers) holds approximately 20,000 images
